    Upload your video to our flipbook maker (we support MP4, AVI, and MOV up to 30 seconds). Choose a cover color, preview the frames we'll print, and order your flipbook. We extract the frames, print them, and bind them into a pocket-sized flipbook delivered to you.

  • What is a flipbook?

  • How do I create a flipbook?

    Creating a flipbook is easy! Simply upload your video, customize the cover color, and preview your flipbook in real time. You can then order your printed flipbook.

  • What video formats are supported?

    We support all standard video formats, including MP4, AVI, and MOV. The size limit is 100 MB, and the duration limit is up to 30 seconds. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our support team.

  • How many pages are in a flipbook, and what video specs work best?

    Each flipbook has 72 pages. For videos under 30 seconds, we automatically distribute frames across those pages—frame rate does not matter. 720p and 1080p both work well. Upload in the orientation you want printed; if the preview looks sideways, rotate the video before ordering.

  • Can I order multiple flipbooks with different videos in one shipment?

    Yes. Place one order with quantity set to 2 (this unlocks free shipping), then upload your second video at videotoflip.com/free and email us the link plus your order number and cover color. We will match both videos to the same shipment.

  • What are the dimensions of the flipbook?

  • Can I create a flipbook on my mobile device?

    Yes, our online flipbook maker is mobile-friendly and can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.

• Ordering and Shipping

  • How much does a flipbook cost?

    Flipbook prices depend on the type you choose. Standard flipbooks start at $25, while premium versions with custom cover colors are $28 ($25 + $3 for the cover upgrade).

  • How long does it take to receive my flipbook?

    Production time is typically 1-4 business days, depending on the season (longer during holidays). DHL express shipping delivers in around 3-4 days.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, we offer worldwide shipping through DHL Express. Delivery times depend on your location, typically taking 3-4 business days.

  • Does shipping include tracking information?

    Yes. After your flipbook ships (typically 1–4 business days after ordering), we email you a DHL Express tracking link. If you do not see it, check spam or contact us with your order number.

  • Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

    Possibly. We ship from Serbia. Depending on your country, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes set by your local authorities. These costs are not included in our product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s import rules and estimated charges before ordering.

  • Does free shipping mean I won't pay anything on delivery?

    No. Free shipping covers the cost of sending your order from us—it does not include import duties, VAT, or carrier handling fees your country may charge on arrival. DHL collects those separately when they apply. Our checkout also notes that international orders may incur customs fees.

  • What happens if I don't pay customs or import fees?

    If import fees are not paid, DHL may hold, return, or destroy the package according to local customs rules. That process is handled entirely by the carrier and is outside our control once the order has shipped.

  • Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

    Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update the shipping address or make other changes before production starts. Once a custom flipbook is in production or has shipped, cancellation may not be possible. For wrong-address fixes, reach out immediately.

  • I didn't receive an order confirmation email. Was my order placed?

    Check your spam folder first. If you were charged but have no confirmation, contact support@videotoflip.com with the name and email used at checkout and we will look up your order.

  • What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

    Please double-check your address during checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the address. Orders sent to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.

  • What is your return policy?

    If you receive your flipbook and it is not what you wanted, contact us within 15 days and we will help with a return or exchange. Because each flipbook is custom-made from your video, we generally cannot refund orders that have already been produced and shipped, or cases where delivery failed because import fees were not paid. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away with photos and we will make it right.

    Yes, we offer bulk ordering options for corporate events, weddings, and other special occasions. Bulk orders come with discounted pricing and custom branding options.

  • How do I place a bulk order?

  • What is the turnaround time for bulk orders?

    Turnaround time for bulk orders depends on order size and customizations. For 30 flipbooks, expect 7-10 business days for production, depending on the season.

  • Do you offer custom branding for bulk orders?
